The Ella is part of the master planned development at ENCORE! The scope of this project was to furnish and install porcelain and ceramic tile, carpet, sheet vinyl, marble thresholds, transitions, ceramic bathrooms, window blinds, window sills, wire shelving and vertical blinds on a new unique upscale 7 story 160 unit senior apartment residential building in downtown Tampa.
